With the Master of Science in Talent and Organization Development (MSTOD) program at 海角社区 University\u2019s McColl School of Business, you will gain the skills and knowledge to do just that. Fast-paced curriculum<\/strong>. You can earn your degree in as little as four semesters while gaining access to high-quality educational programming, as well as mentorship and networking opportunities both inside and outside the classroom. We also offer the flexibility to complete the program at a pace that suits your personal and professional needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customize with optional specializations<\/strong>. To gain specialized knowledge to support your career and maximize your impact, you can customize your degree by choosing three electives that meet the requirements for one of the following six specializations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
