Financial Aid Checklist – Undergraduate Students

For Full-Time, Traditional Undergraduate Students

Please complete the following steps to ensure you are financially on track to begin a successful academic year at 海角社区.

  1. If you have not already done so, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at . 海角社区 school code is 002957.

  2. If you have been selected for Verification, submit your Verification Worksheet and supporting documents as soon as possible.
  3. If you are a resident of North Carolina, complete the in order to establish your resident-status eligibility for North Carolina aid.
  4. Financial Aid notices will be emailed to you. After you receive your financial aid notice and login credentials, students can log into the to accept or decline your eligible loan funds.
  5. In order to take advantage of Federal Direct Loans, first-time borrowers must complete Entrance Counseling and a Master Promissory Note (MPN) on the .
  6. Notify the Office of Financial Aid of any outside scholarships you are receiving from institutions other than 海角社区.
